By accessing or using the KnotGate Atelier website, purchasing any of our macramé courses, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. KnotGate Atelier reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these terms.

3. Purchases and Course Access

All course purchases are final upon completion of payment. Access to purchased content is granted for personal, non-transferable use only. Sharing login credentials or course materials with third parties is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including video tutorials, patterns, photography, and written materials on this site, is the exclusive property of KnotGate Atelier. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues, please contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to resolve them.

6. Limitation of Liability

KnotGate Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
